HOW LONG DO WE SAVE YOUR DATA?
NI CLASICO does not save your personal data. You can easily erase cookies from your computer or mobile device using your browser. You can choose to disable cookies, or to receive a notification each time a new cookie is sent to your computer or mobile device. Please note that if you choose to disable cookies, you will not be able to take advantage of all our features.

RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the item/s in your order, NI CLASICO will accept the return of any product provided that the return is carried out in accordance with the following returns procedure and it meets the criteria below:

The purchaser must contact NI CLASICO via email to agree the return, you must notify us prior to returning your order.
All returns must be in the original condition, unused and undamaged as determined by NI CLASICO
Please note that ANY return made as a result of a sizing issue or the buyer perception/expectation not being met will only be granted a credit note. No cash refunds will be offered in this instance.
Returns within 14 days from receiving your order from us will be issued with a credit note. A full refund in the original form of payment will be offered in the event that NI CLASICO is at fault for an item being not as described. A full refund is based upon the original purchase price and delivery cost.
If you would like to request a return, please email ryan@niclassicshirtco.co.uk, quoting your order number and clearly stating ALL reasons for the return within initial contact with us stating the reason for your return. Any items returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender – a cost will be incurred to do so.
Please be aware as stated on the listings the goods purchased are used pre owned clothing unless stated otherwise and thus may have signs of wear.

Please note: All these conditions must be met in order to qualify for a return. If these conditions aren't met, then NI CLASICO holds the right to decline a return.​
